Parking
On-street parking is located throughout the surrounding neighborhood. While this has caused a bit of frustration for some less mobile members, we are continually working to find better ways to alleviate this hardship.
Specifically, we have a limited number of handicap parking spaces along the street in front of the Broadway Street entrances. In addition, we have just begun Wheels of Welcome. This is a new valet service initiated during Fall 2010 in which a team of volunteer members will help anyone who needs extra assistance.
Volunteers will not only provide assistance getting out of the car at the curb directly in front of the doors but will also, walk the individual(s) to the door and personally park their vehicle. When the individual is ready to leave the premise, volunteers will again provide assistance.
