Tai Chi - in Ingram Hall
Tai Chi is a form of gentle movement with meditation. It has many beneficial claims and is a very good, gentle way of exercising to improve general welfare. Our instructor, Sue Kilgore, teaches a modified Yang short form. Our one hour on Friday mornings includes a short time of greeting, readiness activities and practice. Tai Chi is truly open to persons at all activity levels. All are welcome to practice.
